No issues with the appliance. Racks hold a lot of dishes, and are cleaned properly. Third rack for forks, knives and other small utensils also works great, though a bit tedious to load properly. Overall like the simplicity and effective cleaning.

Silverware basket drips water

The silverware basket is a poor design, water collects on the back and drips water when I take it to the drawer to put them away. My forks have large handles so they only fit in one of 4 large slots. The tines on the bottom rack are so close together its hard to load bigger item they almost sit on top of the tines. Bosch has a good reputation but their dishwasher could use a new design.

So far we love our new dishwasher. We replaced a much older Bosh (only 20 years old!). Our first time, we were waiting for the machine to start and thought it was broken since there was no noise coming out of the dishwasher. But it was working. Great new technology. Also you are able to put more dishes inside. The space is used more efficiently. Really happy with our new dishwasher and it looks sleek too!!!

We ordered a 500 series but due to supply chain issues we ended up with the 300 series after waiting 18 months and we would wait no more. The 300 has many similar features and we are quite pleased with it. We like the sanitize and extra dry modes. It is the quietest dishwasher ever. Good thing it has the little red dot on the floor to let you know when it is active.

We have had this machine about 2 months. In very happy with it. The bottom drawer doesn't hold as many bowls as my last Kitchen Aid, but the third top shelf makes up for it! It is whisper quiet and the door is sturdy.

This is our third Bosch dishwasher. The first was already in a home we bought and we loved it. We bought the second one to replace a GE in our next home. Now we just finished building a home and needed new appliances so of course we got a Bosch again. It is quieter than other dishwashers and does a superior job of getting everything clean. Installed this 300 series dishwasher about a month ago after reviewing reliability reports, again Bosch dominate the pack on this metric. This unit repaced a similar Bosch model that was 12 years old. The new one is quite an improvement, quieter for starters. The 60 minute quick wash cycle cleans our dishes perfectly so I haven't used the other longer cycles. The drying is vastly improved. The flexibility of the rack system is better at accomoding different dish sizes, and I really like the third top slim rack for odd little bits and pieces. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

We replaced our Bosch Integra dishwasher that we purchased in 2002 with a new series 300. The old one was repaired a few time but it ran great for 20 years! I don't think this 300 series stands up to the old one. It cleans the dishes fine but it does not dry them properly no matter what setting I use. Very annoying. It also feels a lot more flimsy than the old one. Sometimes I think I'll break the door when I open it. I must admit that It is very quiet just as the old one was. I also like the upper rack for utensils. We've only had it for two weeks so we'll see how it goes. As long as it cleans the dishes well, I'll keep our standby dishtowel handy to finish the drying.

BOSCH 300 Series Dishwasher

I was on a wait list from January to June 2022 for a different model, received a call that this was available. When I was told I was over 500 on the wait list for a step-up model than this one, I decided to take the lesser model. I couldn't wait even a few more months as my GE dishwasher was falling apart at the handle. The BOSCH cleans amazingly, is so quiet and has many adjustments to accommodate tall beverage travel containers. We do not use the silverware baskets at all and removed them. The top silverware tray makes unloading the silverware into the drawer so much easier! I do wish that I could fit some pots and pans better in the bottom, and I am getting better at filling it. Pots and pans are always clean and save me time and use of water washing them by hand. I always wanted a BOSH. However, I couldn't put one in because my tile floor was just a little too high. We have installed a vinyl floor in January which allowed the BOSCH to fit. This dishwasher is so quiet and does a great job on the 60 minute setting too! I love this dishwasher. I can't imagine what the top models can do!.

For the past number of years as well as the past number of homes we gave remolded- Bosch is what we have used. Most recently, we purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and slide-in induction range. We waited until we knew all the appliances were available and we could not be happier. I have been using the dishwasher regularly and just love it. The refrigerator is bright and the shelves along with the drawers are sleek and function perfectly. Most importantly, the induction range is superb. Boiling,steaming, frying-truly whatever you need to do, it does it in a fraction of the time it took to do it before with either a gas or propane range. I can hardly believe it. Furthermore, it's quiet. No gas sound or smell(propane) and no grating against the range top. The surface is smooth and cleaning is so easy. Love Bosch! Love the appliances! Thank you!!

Main panel erratic when installed - had to replace

When first installed, the main panel would erratically flash and not let me change any options. Had to have a computer board replaced in the first week. The new board gave me the same problem when first installed, but since then (several weeks) it has been fine. Does a great job getting dishes clean, very quiet. Racks, esp. the 3rd shelf for flatware, are a little chintzy - easily moved off track, then you have to fuss to put them on. Should be more robust interior for a $1000 dishwasher.

I bought this sight unseen, for which I take full responsibility. I purchased this based on friends who have a Bosch and the reputation of Bosch dishwashers. I was disappointed by the amount of plastic that just seems cheap. The door latch and rack adjustments don't come across as very solid and I am anxious that they will fail. Now the good. Cleans the dishes very well. It is extremely quiet and functions as advertised. I strongly recommend using the jet dry.

We love this dishwasher so far! We've had it installed for about a month. It is way quieter than our last one. Can't speak to how it compares to other "quiet" models, as this is our first one, but I barely hear it running. It also cleans our dishes way more effectively than our old one. We no longer have to rinse our dishes before washing - just scrape them off and they're good to go! My only complaint is that the stainless steel is definitely NOT fingerprint resistant, and with little kids I frequently need to wipe it down to keep it looking nice. Other than that, though, I love it!

We had our brand new dishwasher installed by Bosch certified installer yet it touchscreen interface stop operatiing a month after it was installed. And, it is now going to take two-three weeks to replace the part. It's unfortunate that you pay to buy a more reliable and expensive brand only to have it work no better than cheaper models. The boesch repair person has no idea why the touchscreen pad stop working and isn't sure a replacement will solve the problem.

The dishwasher exceed expectations on audible levels and cleans well, however after every cycle the dishwasher smells like motor oil/tar. Based on what I've been able to find, this is a by-product of something dealing with the sound insulation.

We purchased a Bosch 300 Series Model SHSM63W55N in July 2022. We are extremely satisfied with its performance, and the quietness of the unit. Our dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and tableware have never been cleaner. The only indication that the dishwasher is operating is the visible red spot that is directed onto the floor from beneath the door, and when the water drains from the dishwasher. This is a well-designed quality product and at a reasonable price.

However, contrary to some of the professional reviews you will see out there, it is not particularly quiet. My new dishwasher

The Bosch 300 series dishwasher that I just got to replace my old Miele is so much better than the Miele. It actually gets the dishes clean! It also is the quietest appliance I have ever owned. There are two things about it that are not optimum: the flatware shelf and loading bowls. The flatware shelf is not easy to load, the flatware tends to slide around and you have to be pretty exacting in loading, but they all get clean. I don't use the baskets because they take up too much room. I use lots of bowls (lots of salads, cereal, soup, etc) and those take up so much room in the bottom. They just don't fit well in the bottom and I use the middle shelf for glasses and a few small bowls and other items that don't go on the bottom. So it is a real puzzle to get all the bowls in. But I am much happier with this machine than any other I have had.

I purchased the BOSCH 300 series dishwasher about a month ago. I have had issues with it since it was installed. A technician came out to replace the contol board. Now the dishwasher will not drain properly every time. We clean the filter regularly (about twice as often as the GE we replaced) and the water still will not drain all of the time and the dishes are not sparkly clean like I want. This is not a cheap dishwasher so I'm definitely not happy with my purchase

So far, I am very satisfied with my Bosch dishwasher. I usually use the fast wash cycle (60 minutes) since I always rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I think the Bosch gets dishes cleaner than the previous dishwasher which came with my new house (I had no choice in brand or model). I am sure it was a lower-end model.

I have had the top-of-the-line Bosch (series 800) for years without any problems. Because of supply chain problems, when it was finally time to replace it, the series 800 was no longer available. I decided to try a lower series. I have been pleasantly surprised. There are some advantages to the 800 series, but if the 800 is out of your budget, this 300 series is a great choice.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace an old Maytag dishwasher. My research on dishwashers was endless. I decided on the Bosch, and I am glad I did. The features and the quietness of the Bosch are outstanding. Sometimes, I forget the dishwasher is operating.
