Super happy with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. What I like best is the smaller ice cubes never get stuck of jammed in the door dispenser.I also love the 2nd ice maker in the freezer - during warm months having plenty of ice is never an issue.Internal veggie controls and clear bins make it easy to see what you have.

Great Fridge with No Working Ice Dispenser on Arrival

We purchased a 4 piece Frigidaire Kitchen Appliance set and love it. However the refrigerator showed up with not being able to dispense any ice and the auger motor to turn the ice was dead on arrival. Our retailer out of the Phoenix Area shared the item is backordered due to the number of units failing and there is no timeline for repair. At this point, we love the unit but cannot recommend it in good conscience. We need a resolution ASAP!

This is a very modern and perfect refrigerator for our needs. We unfortunately tried the full size but it wouldn't fit into the kitchen so we switched to the Counter-Depth. It's great for just the two of us. We could have used a little larger freezer but it is big enough. Looks wise it is a perfect fit for the modern style kitchen and condo we are going for.

Quality control or build issue with water line

Purchased to replace a late model previous competitor fridge that had constant ice maker issues. Fridge doors a little heavier to open and close due to thicker material used. Fridge fan and ice maker operation is also more noticeable, but tolerable and not a significant enough issue to not purchase this model. Main issue is with a loose water line located within the fridge walls that rattles each time you stop filling your glass. This is extremely disappointing as not sure how this build quality issue could have gone unnoticed. It is either a quality escape or design issue and is not due to a loose external water line as this model does not have any eternal attached water lines that could ever become detached. Very unfortunate to have had been delivered a fridge with this significant flaw that really has no fix but to replace the unit and hope the next one does not have the same issue. Frigidaire should have had better quality control to avoid this issue as water plumbing lines should not be left loose within any fridge walls that are definitely not accessible for repair.

Counter depth fridge review

So far, the fridge from an appearance standpoint has been acceptable. Unfortunately, upon delivery, an internal water line was cracked during manufacturing and needs to be replaced. The Frigidaire customer service was very helpful getting this arranged and it is covered under warranty. The loss of a stars comes from the inconvenience of the issue happening in the first place. It is clearly not an issue from shipping, meaning it was manufactured incorrectly. I would like to also see Frigidaire use higher quality material choices on the internal touch points of the fridge. For buying a $3600 fridge, I feel that the plastic drawers, drawer slides and other internal components should both look and feel more like a "professional" series of fridge. It very much feels like recycled part designs from a lower model with either different coloring or a metal flange added to the drawers. They are acceptable, just not "professional" or exceedingly high quality in my opinion.

Overall, it is a very good-looking refrigerator and keeps the temperatures constant which is most important. We really like the smudge free finish, and the seal of the drawers to keep the food fresher and crisper. We were a bit disappointed on how the top freezer tray did not slide out when the door was pulled open.We did not care for the limited pullout of the refrigerator sliding drawers. We thought they should pull out further to view the back1/3 of the drawers. The waters dispenser depth on the outside of the drawer is too shallow.We were in love with our Electrolux which lasted 11 years and hope we will get used to this Frigidaire smaller counter depth model.

Uneven doors and Door doesn't shut without assistance

Replacement refrigerator (same model) seemed fine for a day, but then noticed the doors are uneven and I am unable to close the left door without manually moving the flap that is supposed to lay flat upon closing.
